Internal Explosion
Internal Explosion
NBC is reporting that our spy satellites recorded a heat spike from the shuttle at the time NASA lost contact. The signature of the heat spike apparently indicated some type of internal explosion on the shuttle. No speculation as the possible cause as of yet.UPDATE: There was some speculation that it could've been caused by a malfunction in the auxilliary motors. NASA is supposed to have a news conference shortly, which should be a more reliable source of information.
