Since Blogger wouldn't let me post anything first thing this morning, I've been actually working. It's been delightful, reconstructing the timing & amount of mortgage payments from an incomplete record dating back to 1991, creating an amortization schedule to fit the terms of the mortgage, and determining the current pay-off of the loan. I figure I'll finish it sometime next year if I drop everything else & do nothing but crunch numbers 24/7/365.People who don't know what they're doing but want to "save money" and do it themselves, then eventually dump the whole mess in the lap of someone else to fix should be shot. With hot-loaded horse pistols at 10 paces.
