Right vs. Privilege
The discussion over at Rachel's continues. I've emptied my brain on the subject, which didn't take long. My position is that there is no right to drive, it is a privilege. I've requested assistance from some of the law professors in the Blogosphere, so maybe they can show me where, and if, I'm wrong.At least it took my mind off my upset tummy.
