Mmmm, Cheesecake
Mike is making his semi-world famous New York cheesecake. Diet? We don't need no stinkin' diet!UPDATE: Tried posting this last night but Blogger was down. Cheesecake turned out fabulous! Luckily, my husband's department at work is having a charity bake sale today, so most of the cheesecake went for a good cause. I say luckily because otherwise I would've eaten most of it over the next few days.
