My daughter is supposed to be on her way over to help pick out a hotel in the Camp Pendleton area for our Thanksgiving trip. (And a big thanks to Joanie for her help in finding prospects in the area. Goddess, you da bomb!) My daughter has talked my sister into going with us, so I spent part of the morning arranging tickets for her to fly with us. (I don't know how I survived before I had internet access. I only married my husband cuz he had DSL, ya know.)Road trip, just us girls. We'll have a blast. I told my husband we would be a lot like "Thelma & Louise," except for that dive into the canyon thing. Now that I think about it though, I think we'll skip the "having sex with a hitchhiker" and "shooting the rapist" thing too. Though the "blowing up the gas tanker with a pistol" thing might be fun... I'll have to think about that one.
