Cranky Day
The sinus infection that the last surgery was supposed to fix has returned with a vengence. I awoke this morning feeling quite unwell to say the least. I've just been to the doc for my post-surgery check-up, and now have a different antibiotic. He is at a total loss to explain. I'm just glad I'm not a dog, or I'd have been put down by now. I'm starting to think that should be an option.
I returned home to find that BitchKitty was so offended that I hadn't made the snow disappear that she urinated on the bathroom rugs. (She doesn't like to use the perfectly clean litter box.) Solly had destroyed the thermometer & its case that I'd left lying on the coffee table this morning. My nose started bleeding while I was trying to clean that up. And two days worth of dirty dishes had not magically washed themselves while I was gone.
I was not a happy camper. But now, with rugs & dishes washed, shattered thermometer cleaned up, and a nice hot cup of tea, the world looks marginally better.
But only marginally.

Oh no I am sorry your sinus infection came back. I can imagine how frustrated this makes you.
Oh, your cat peeing on the bathroom rug instead of the clean litter box....I have a cat like that. Maybe they're related. She has not used a box for the last 8 years now and we have to be diligent and watch her because she'll rarely go to the door to be let out either. I sometimes wonder why I have animals. Feel better hun.

Thanks, yes, it is very frustrating...I'm tired of being sick all the time.
Stupid cat. She has always used the litter box if it's raining or something...but then she's never seen the snow stay on the ground this long. She gets mad at me when she goes out & sees the snow is still there. It's like she thinks I control the weather & I'm leaving the snow there just to piss her off.

Lmao but don't ya know you *do* have control over the weather! Cats are so weird. lol My oldest one refuses to go outside while there's snow...she tries to hide from me but I always find her and throw her out. She will not take a step off the porch though. I'm in for a lot of cleaning once it all clears up. LOL

My sister in law has been seeing several sinus
specalist for years and has has an amazing

I've read that book, Harley...I pretty much eat that way anyway. My approach to dieting is if I want something, I eat it. I don't eat low-fat anything, I don't eat margarine, artificial sweeteners, or things like that...mostly a lot of meat, some veggies & fruits & breads, not much milk but butter, cheese & ice cream...works for me. Oh yeah, and at least 2 eggs a day, usually for breakfast. I tried oatmeal, but it raised my cholesteral.
But I'm weird.
