Res Ipsa Loquitur: Surgery Update

February 28, 2003

The joy continues...my incision ruptured this morning. I'm to go to the doctor Monday since according to them, this is not an emergency.

My face hurts. It's gross. I feel really rotten.

Pity me, damn it!

My own spousal unit had a bout with major surgery this past summer. So, on the one hand, I pity you.

But on the other -- I'm sure glad I'm not Mike.

(I'm also glad I'm out of slapping distance...) :)

Thanks, the waves just arrived. They did help, as did Mike getting home from work.

I am a bit more cranky than normal today. Ok, a lot more cranky.
