Winter Storm

Looks like the first winter storm of the season is headed our way....I've seen predictions of anywhere from 3 to 8 inches by tomorrow afternoon. I'm heading to work in a little bit. I figure we'll be a right smart busy what with the usual Friday evening grocery shoppers, and all of the panicked idiots cleaning us out of bread, milk and eggs due to the forecast.

Me, I plan on staying at work for my full shift. Give the aforementioned idiots time to get off the roads before I start home. My little all-wheel drive car will make it just fine as long as no one slides into us or the snow doesn't get over 6 or 7 inches deep.

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.

People are such pusses. You'd think that Minnesotans would be immune to such hysterics.

They're not. Panicky bunch of idiots up here too, at least at first. About March, they'll finally have settled down.
