Grown Up Fun
One of the more fun things about being a grownup is that if I want to eat candy for breakfast, I can.
And I just did.
What's your favorite thing to do now that you're grown up that you weren't allowed to do as a child? (And I'm not the slightest bit interested in your sex lives, BTW.)

Spoil my dinner by having a sandwich. I love doing that.
I also love having burritos for breakfast. And not those nasty breakfast burritos either. I love the even-nastier convenience store burritos. Mmmmmmm. Farty goodness.

Chicken.
For me, it's picking stuff up at the store. I want the Beef Jerky, I'm getting the Beef Jerky, dammit. And if I want to eat it all in one sitting, then by golly, I'll do that, too.

I don't recall that my parents ever told me "no", but I did dump their meal schedule when I became an adult. I eat whenever I feel like eating, not because it's that time.

Stay in bed reading and eating cold pizza all day if I want.
And the whole beer thing, of course.

Eat in bed, leave clothes on the chair, have a glass of wine by myself.

Take a nap ANYTIME I want to -- uh, except during work, natch.

Absolutely "ruining my appetite."
If you eat that, you'll ruin your appetite.
I have since learned that no matter how much you eat, your appetite will always come back 6-8 hours later. It has not yet been ruined.

I was all ready to write something until I saw the last sentence.

I run with scissors (just kidding), but I do eat peanut butter directly off the knife (It's my personal jar). :-)
