Sorry Folks
But I'm just not feeling too well today. See, WildChild was sick over Christmas...and spent a lot of time with us. And my daughter came over for dinner Sunday night sick with something. So guess what I caught?
*sigh*
Makes me think of my favorite line* from It's A Wonderful Life
"Why'd we have all these darn kids anyway?"
So if you'll forgive me, I'm taking my sniffles & aches & going back to bed.
*My second favorite line is when the lady is dumping her savings onto the table in the big scene at the end and says "I was savin' this up for a dee-vorce in case I ever got me a husband!"
You just can't find dialogue like that these days.

I hope you guys feel better real soon, lest you bring the new year in feeling like Fido's ass. Many of my friends have been flattened by nasty colds and unnamed viruses. So far the nasties have skipped the House by the Parkway. Maybe its the viatmins and the vodka.

Thanks guys. I think it's just a nasty cold, not the flu. I should be much better in a day or two if I follow the same pattern as WildChild & my daughter...both of whom are now feeling as fine as a frog hair split three ways.
