The Real Deal

I got no need for this, since I know exactly what the real thing feels like. I'll never forget the last time. It was a warm summer night....the moon was just barely illuminating the field and....well, you don't really need to hear the rest.

Trust me.

Whoa. I don't know whether to laugh, weep, or do a spit-take.

If I remember correctly, at the time I did 2 out of those 3. It was during the summer break after my second yr. in law school.

Talk about a major incentive to stay in school!

As I commented over at Resurrectionsong, I had the great pleasure to watch a vet preg test a whole bunch of cows when I was about 7 or 8 years old.

There's something about watching a vet with his arm in a cow up to his armpit that just imprints itself on young, impressionable minds.

I worked on a dairy farm when I was younger and learned to appreciate how difficult that life is...this was just another day on the farm. One other question; in what particular aspect of Law is this skill relevent? I understand the milking part......
