I'm apparently irrational about the value of learning in part because I "spend a lot of my free time learning about things which have absolutely no practical application".
Like this Accounting II class I have to go to now in which I learn many facets of corporate accounting that I will never use again as long as I live.
At least I hope so.

Thanks, but we're only allowed to use calculators. Frustrating, because most of it I could do in Excel in half the time, it would be more accurate and I could make it draw charts in attractive colors to boot.
Today was the last day of class, thank goodness. A couple of tests next week and I'll be done with it. I am so ready for that.

Sandra has her post-grad degree,(with Honors), in Statistics and travels throughout central and south America teaching SPSS to mostly national banking officials and their employees. You could come here for a few weeks and I am sure she could give you some one-on-one instruction.......hurting head not withstanding.......Besides, its more beautiful here than in Jamica......
