Darers Go First
As promised, here's a photo of me when I was a senior in high school.
Heh.
Now let's see yours.

I left you a comment under you picture on the other webpage. Nice hair! Unfortunately, I'm not sure I have any pictures of myself as a senior in HS in electronic format...but I'll see if I can locate one.

Dude, what a hussy!
(I'm kidding - a picture of me in senior year will clearly show my two-year-old clinging to my leg, so I'll refrain from posting a photo. That, and the fact that it was less than ten years ago, so I'm pretty sure I'm not allowed to be nostalgic yet.)

My kids tease me about all the bad hairstyles I had back in those days. This was one of the better ones.
Oh c'mon Natalie. It'll be fun, dude.

Actually, when I was in high school, the camera had just been invented.

Those tintypes are hard to scan aren't they?

I think it worked out for the best. If you have kids when you're young, you'll at least have the energy to run around after them. I'm a year past thirty now (with no kids) and neither I nor my girlfriend are looking favourably on dealing with any future offspring's teenage angst when we're in our mid-to-late fourties.
P.S. gotta love those monochromatic outfits of days gone by. =)

I don't think I could handle a teenager now that I'm in my mid-40's, so yes, it did work out for the best.
Not much selection in maternity clothes back in those days. Actually, I think my mom made that outfit for me.
