Something Screwy

I was pretty skeptical about the forged documents claim, but after reading Spoon's post I think they prolly were.

UPDATE 12: In the August 18, 1973 memo "discovered" by 60 Minutes, Jerry Killian purportedly writes:

Staudt has obviously pressured Hodges more about Bush. I'm having trouble running interference and doing my job.

But wait! Reader Amar Sarwal points out that General Staudt, who thought very highly of Lt. Bush, retired in 1972.

I may not know from typefonts, but I can read dates. And a little Googling confirmed that, at least according to various news articles, Staudt did retire in 1972.

When you add that inconvenient fact to all the other little oddities in those documents, it sure looks like there's something screwy going on.

What's the frequency now Kenneth?
