I Scream for Ice Cream
This is one scary chick:
The Washington County Prosecutor’s office Friday charged Lisa Paulette Lewis, 39, with second- and thirddegree battery for allegedly punching her husband several times and running him over with her vehicle after he hid her ice cream, injuring his legs, on Sept. 22. She was arrested by Springdale police. [Emphasis mine]
Day-amn.
Sadly, I doubt there's much ice cream where she's going.

You have omitted critical details! Was it chocolate fudge ice cream? Because if it was, well, you gotta kind of sympathize with where she was coming from...

The police report omitted those critical details, not me. Besides, wouldn't it have been more productive to get in her car & go get more ice cream? Or maybe look for the hidden ice cream? It's not like there's that many places one can hide ice cream.

One can hide ice cream nearly anywhere if one doesn't care what happens to it. I am intrigued, tho, by the fact that it was specifically her ice cream. Had she in fact made it? In large quantity? For resale?

Well you know, in Arkansas a wife can have separate property from her husband if it's done correctly. It can't be purchased with community funds, must be kept segregated from community property and a few other things. So it could've been solely her ice cream I suppose.
