Arts & Crafts

Yesterday WildChild & I made a Frosty Family with his Play-Doh. Today he wants to go outside & make a real one. But since it's 22 degrees & dropping and there's not yet enough snow on the ground to make a decent snowball, I don't think that's an option.

I realized this morning that I would be spending the entire day trapped inside with 3 ADHD males, all hyped up about the snow but all too sick to go outside.

God help us all.

22 degrees? Rita, that's SHORTS weather for me! Heh...

Good luck with the testosterone levels -- maybe you can pacify the three males with large servings of meat on a stick, after which they will all fall into a deep sleep...

God bless you! May you not tear your hair out before the end of the day. And Merry Christmas!

Oh, did I forget mention the 20 mph or so north wind? Shorts? I double-dog dare you. It's not the testosterone levels that's the problem. It's the things very intelligent ADHD guys think up to entertain themselves when they're bored that's the problem....which usually involves fire and/or blowing things up in some manner.

So far 2 of the 3 are sick enough to have spent most of the morning in bed, so it's been pretty quiet.

Your story is simultaneously heartwarming and horrifying.

May I suggest a goodly application of beavers?

Mike denies it, but I think he has beavers.

There's few things that can't be cured with a judicious application of beaver.

(Sorry, I just couldn't resist any longer!)
