Get over it. The guy didn't "sneer at Arkansas." He was just surprised that someone with such a different set of experiences could share his view. Try reading the post again.

Thanks, I did read it more than once. I think the remarks about Karl Rove and how he thought the whole thing might be a hoax were perfectly clear.

Pretty typical attitude for an Oxford student.

FWIW, I also think he misinterpreted the meaning of Mr. Stricklin's song.

And why would he be surprised? There are people in Arkansas with all kinds of different views. Some of them even went to Oxford themselves.
