Usually depositions are deadly boring....I'd rather watch paint dry. But this one got a little interesting. (via The Corner)

I've already got an attorney asking if I can find some way to save it. He wants to use it for training purposes. :-)

I don't blame the deposing attorney for getting pissed. He was correct. The objecting attorney represented the corporation, not the witness. So he should've kept his mouth shut.

Reckon they all went out & had a beer afterwards?

I have to admit; I found the video to absolutely hilarious. I love the expressions on the engineer's face. And the backtalking is impressive.

Oh I dunno. I've seen lawyers screaming at each other during work, then go out for lunch or a beer together.

I watched an attorney & a defendant, who was also an attorney, get into something similar during cross-examination once. They definitely didn't go out for a beer afterwards. hehe

Who said second chairing at trial wasn't fun?
