Guess 06/06/06 was luckier for some than others.
Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the Al Qaeda in Iraq leader who led a brutal insurgency that included homicide bombings, kidnappings and beheadings, was killed in an airstrike on a building north of Baghdad, U.S. and Iraqi officials announced Thursday.
Ok, so technically it happened on 06/07/06, but close enough.
A U.S. military official speaking on the condition of anonymity told FOX News that two 500 pound bombs were dropped on the safehouse where Zarqawi was meeting with other Al Qaeda in Iraq associates, including his spiritual advisor.
Day-amn. Blowed him up real good, didn't they?

Comment heard on the street here in Baghadad is that the prostitutes of Baghadad have pieced together a shroud from six (6), six )6) month old swine born in 06 in which to wrap this guy al-Zarpiggi (for years his name had been misspelled Zarcowi even though all knew he was a swine), and place him in the desert so the rodents may devour his putrid remains.

Of course, the explosive was made from pig fat drippings so al-Zarpiggi got pigged all the way around.
