Oh Yeah? Zone This
A local property owner has been trying to get rezoning approval but was turned down, largely because nearby subdivision residents objected. What's his plan now?
"Let 'em bitch when I put hog houses on it," Gary Howard said Thursday when he learned the Lowell City Council voted 7-0 not to agree to rezone his Bethel Heights property from agricultural to commercial and industrial.
Hehee.
