Let the Crying Commence
Looks like I can stop worrying about my son's March deployment. All terrorists worldwide will now stop their quest for destruction of the infidels, and instead become vegans who raise fluffy bunnies. [/s]
Seriously though, regardless of the outcome, wasn't it great to once again witness a reasonably peaceful transfer of power? I think it was. I'd rather not think about what this means for national security.
The one bright spot of the day was Lieberman's victory over Lamont. After the shabby way he'd been treated, now he's a potential swing vote in the Senate.
Priceless.

Peaceful?
Folks are already sending lawyers to Montana and Virginia!

Lawyers & money yes, but presumably no guns, no riots. And ChimpyMcBusHitler has not yet ordered the military to put all the liberals in concentration camps to maintain his autocratic theocracy.
That kind of peaceful.

Ya, and I think Nero just came into power. Or is that Caligula?

One bright spot. They no longer will be able to hide from the responsibility of their actions. Considering that there enablers have obsfucated their positions on policy, that will no longer be possible. When you dance with the Devil You will pay his due.

You're right, it will be interesting to see how they handle the terrorist tar baby. I just hope it doesn't get too interesting.
My son just got his deployment orders and Mike just got a promotion that means he'll be traveling more. Is that great timing or what?
