Slippin' & A-Slidin'
Not much snow yet, but close to an inch of sleet & ice. Roads have been slick since about 11:30 a.m. Heavy snow still on the way. If you ain't already home, go home.
And stay there.

No fair, we didn't get all that much. But enough to make the roads slicker'n snot. I may venture out after while, if I can ever get my car doors unfrozen.
At least they postponed the parade until next Saturday, so I don't have to try & get to Charleston this afternoon. That might've been a little too interesting.

Best guess is we may have gotten just less than a foot. My Rock wall is anywhere between a foot high to 2 foot high in places, and you can just barely see it through the snow
Still got a huge chunk of ice here too though, almost like durn Perma frost

Glad we didn't get that much. My trusty Subaru won't go anywhere if there's more than 5-6 inches cuz it high-centers. Roads were passable this afternoon, though I didn't go too far. I bet they're iced up by now.
