Tell Me Why
Why doesn't someone sell Thinsulate lined dress slacks for women? Those of us who hate trying to keep up with a coat as we pop in & out of various offices & courtrooms would greatly appreciate them.
Cuz I tell you, on damp cold windy days like today, you can freeze your taters off.

My sister wears long thermal underwear under her slacks on really cold days and she got the Garfield and Mickey Mouse designs in case she is in an accident between home and anywhere else. Her only complaint is how hot they are when she walks into a warm room or building - which actually, might look just like hard work and be very effective in a courtroom ("I believe him. Did you see how much his lawyer was sweating?".
It could also go all wrong - "of course he is guilty. Did you see the sweat pouring off of of that lawyer?"
Save yourself first.

I do the same thing, and have the same problem. Our courtroom frequently feels like walking into an oven....another reason I don't wear a coat. I hadn't thought of using it as a sign of hard work. But I do use it as an excuse to slip out & have a smoke during breaks. ;-)
I have some jeans with a thinsulate lining and they're great. They don't have that static cling problem I get with dress slacks & long johns. Which is prolly way too much information. lol

I'd match my taters against anybody's.
