What's That Noise?
Is Hell freezing over? Maybe so.
University of Arkansas Athletic Director Frank Broyles will retire by the end of the weekend, 40/29 has confirmed through several sources.
Now before you get your jockstraps in a knot, they may be using 'retire' a little loosely. Local tv news is saying that ole Frank will still be 'involved' in the athletic program. That I might believe, because frankly we've always figured Frank would turn over control of the UofA athletics program only when they were able to pry it out of his cold lifeless animatronic claws.
But given the latest e-mail debacle, something gotta change if they're going to keep all those rich alumni happy.
Cuz when alumni ain't happy, ain't nobody happy.
