Gobble Gobble

Hope everyone has a safe & happy Thanksgiving! I've gotten about half my baking done...and so far have only filled the house with smoke when I almost set the oven on fire and then later burned my hand on a hot pot handle. That's pretty good for me.

Remember the favorite saying at our house:

Dinner isn't ready until the smoke detector goes off!

I've got the roast drying in the fridge. I'm trying a new recipe. Hope it works. You have a wonderful thanksgiving and keep warm!

Thanks, you too! Keep warm is going to be a chore over the next few days.
