It's That Time Again

Time for the attack of the MilkBreadEggsTM zombies!

They say too many people wait until the last minute to buy the essentials-many times even waiting until after the bad weather hits and road conditions worsen.

We're under a Winter Storm Watch beginning this evening and lasting through tomorrow for....1-4 inches of snow!

ZOMG! We're all going to die!

Eh, not so much. But if you planned to do your weekly grocery shopping this evening after work, wow.

The same thing happens here. Within minutes after a severe winter storm is announced, the gas station snack bar is emptied of all the best candy. (It's a 50 mile trip to the nearest grocery store.)

I swear, people here just go nuts. It's about 6:30 p.m., and I bet there's not a loaf of bread to be found in the entire county.

The zombies are bad enough, but the "Hey Bubba us see if we can git to the liquor store" idiots are the worst. That's why I stay home when it snows...too many idiots driving who don't know how & don't care.
