Sassy would so do this if we ever got enough snow. (link via amcgltd) Sounds like we may get enough today for Sollie to do it. Depending on who you listen to, we're supposed to get anywhere from 2-4 or 4-6 inches of snow today.
Time again for the attack of the MilkBreadEggsTM zombies.
I haven't been following election year politics too closely because I just don't have the time. I had found one presidential candidate for whom I thought I could vote, but now he's gone.
Now what?
I seriously thought about not voting at all, but there's some local races in which I'm very interested. So I'm going to have to hold my nose & vote for someone in the presidential race. I think the contest will be between HRC & McCain, which is no choice at all. I just can't vote for either.
Too bad 'None of the Above' isn't running.
He'd win in a landslide.
Fayette-nam's Peace Prayer Fountain, a/k/a The World's Largest Dung Beetle Ball, has been making hippy hearts happy since 2002....and is getting repaired. Again.
To me, it is the ultimate symbol of the current Mayor's regime. It's really awesomely PC but doesn't really do anything except require a lot of expensive upkeep.
It started fairly normal, except all the food & water had disappeared from the house. Humans were doing all their normal morning things though....until the Mama fell down the stairs while carrying the big kitty prison box.
What a racket! The Mama even screamed! (I'm fine just banged my knee up.) Too much for an itty bitty Vato...who disappeared upstairs. After much entreating he ventured timidly back down, only to be grabbed and stuffed into the kitty prison box. No matter how much he cried, no one would let him out of the box.
Then the car ride. Then....what's that smell? OH NOZ IZ TEH BAD PLACE!!!111! TEH MAMA'S LEAVIN!!!! NOOOOOOO!
Then came the happy sleepytime medicine. When he awakes, he will be missing certain....uh......unnecessary body parts.
But I think he'll be too stoned to care much.
Last year was a good'un, here's hoping this one is even better for you all.
Fun fact: this blog has lasted longer than my 1st marriage...and has overall been a lot more interesting.
I expect that to continue.
